Give your child a gift for life through the practice of mindfulness.

Our mission is to build awareness, calmness and concentration through relaxation techniques and body strengthening exercises.

We aim to teach your child to incorporate the practice of mindfulness into their everyday lives in order to encourage good decision-making, alleviate worry and anxiety, improve sleeping habits and generally become more aware.
