I am a trained and qualified clinical Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Meditation and Yoga Teacher as well as a therapeutic massage therapist. I believe and practice in the holistic approach of mind, body and spirit. Often using a combination of the above practices as well as good healthy wholesome nutrition to bring balance of health and happiness back to your life. There is no such thing as one magic bullet or pill and life doesn't have to be complicated, my passion is to help people find that balance in life and give them the tools to help and heal so that they can find their inner joy, peace and balance in this life. Every one and every circumstances is different so each person's needs has to be tailored in order to achieve the best outcome for that individual. That's my goal, what's yours?
