My Choice Fitness is a user friendly gym with a great atmosphere and environment. Specialising in:
-Group Training Sessions (Small and Large with friends)
-Personal Training
-General Use of Gym
Some of the group classes available are Box-Fit, Boxing Circuits, Strength and Conditioning and Aerobic Circuits! The focus of these classes is achieving goals whilst having fun at the time!
You are also welcomed to come in and use Cardio Equipment, Boxing Equipment and Weight Equipment at your own pace!
