Muxys Place at Johanna Beach

Nestled in the foothills of the Otway ranges, “Muxy’s Place” is located centrally on the Great Ocean Road near the magnificent Johanna beach, and is less than 40 mins from the Twelve Apostles, Cape Otway National Park and the Otway Fly.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is completely secluded and features 3 acres of lawn and 4 acres of natural eucalyptus bush land including a private rainforest walk into a fern gully with a meandering stream. There is also a huge trampoline and a cubby house for the kids.

The large open-plan home is fully self-contained with all modern facilities with panoramic views of green rolling hills and native rainforest. The layout of the house is very well suited to groups of more than 4. The two main bedrooms have queen-sized beds and are at opposite ends of the house. One has an en-suite bathroom and the other has a bathroom right next door. The third bedroom is a large rumpus room in the middle of the house with 4 bunks and a sofa-bed that can be used by a couple, we also have a second sofa-bed in a room that runs off the living room. There is a large dining table that seats 8 people and a smaller round one that seat 4.

Muxy’s Place is an ideal retreat for families, groups of friends or couples (with furry friends) wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
