Muscle Mum's Fitness

Muscle Mum's is about being motivational and inspirational for all mum's out there wanting to be fit and healthy. Since gaining an unhealthy amount of weight during my pregnancy and going through the struggles of loosing it all, I felt inspired to help other mum do the same. I am currently studying my Certificate III in Fitness through Fit College (http://www.fitcollege.edu.au/) and look forward to pursuing my passion in personal training to help you be the fit, healthy mum you want to be!
