Mums Training Mums

Mums Training Mums is a local Wodonga based personal and outdoor training organization.
Created in 2013 by local mother Sharon Templeton, it was created to help mothers get into fitness. As being a mother can be a full time job, and sometimes we are just so focused on the needs of our little ones, we sometimes forget to leave time for ourselves.
Mums Training Mums holds Personal Training sessions at our private studio, and Outdoor sessions Monday - Saturday at 9:15am down at Les Stone Park. For all ladies to come on down and meet like-minded women and support each other in fitness and mother hood.
