I've Been a Personal Trainer for 13yrs, working within the gym and outdoors. After having 2 boys I understand how tough it is for mums to fit in exercise so why not make it easier for them. I have a child friendly yard to which my home studio backs onto. My group sessions are small keeping numbers to max of 6 when kids are coming also. Group sessions are $15hr and I also do 1 on 1 sessions if you prefer.
