Mt Helena Voluntary Bush Fire Brigade

Mt Helena Voluntary Bush Fire Brigade, established in 1958, is one of 9 Bush Fire Brigades within the Shire of Mundaring situated in the Perth Hills.

The Brigade operates 2 fire fighting appliances, comprising of a 3.4 Urban Tanker and a Light Tanker.

We are a structurally enhanced Bush Fire Brigade trained and equipped with Breathing Apparatus, providing primary response to structural fires and vehicle fires within our district.

We predominantly respond to incidents within the Shire of Mundaring, regularly attending incidents around the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia.

We have approximately 50 members of all ages and backgrounds who volunteer their time 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
