The Mt Buller Facebook page is designed to encourage a sense of community amongst ALL of our guests, whether they are on or off the mountain.

We ask that all of our ‘Friends’ use this space to share their stories, experiences and opinions of Mt Buller through comments, photo’s, videos and links.

However, we must insist that all of our Friends treat each other with respect at all times.

We also remind you that if your contributions don’t comply with Facebook’s Terms and/or the Mt Buller House Rules, then we may remove them. If you repeatedly don’t adhere to these rules then we may block you from posting on the Mt Buller Facebook page altogether. At the end of the day it’s simple...be nice, be cool and be happy!

We will respond to comments and messages 7 days per week, 8am - 8pm peak season and 8.30am - 5pm off season.

House Rules

1) We accept negative feedback but will remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive or threatening. We encourage all Friends to post both positive and negative feedback, it’s a great way for us to improve our service, just keep your language family friendly and respectful at all times.

• Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attacks on specific groups or individuals
• Commercial solicitations
• Spam
• Somebody else’s personal information

When you post a photo on Instagram and tag the photo with #mtbuller or @mtbuller, then you are granting Mt Buller (ABN - ARMB 44 867 982 534 and BSL 25 153 985 829 ) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and reproduce your photo, including without limitation, any online media formats and through any social media channels, pages or accounts.

Please note that Mt Buller does not claim ownership rights in photos tagged with #mtbuller or @mtbuller.

You can revoke this license at any time by contacting Mt Buller at instagram@mtbuller.com.au and requesting we cease using your photo.
