Mr Chuckles (named after our gorgeous - and happy - baby boy) aims to provide you with top-quality baby and children's clothing, shoes and accessories at affordable prices.

HOW TO ORDER FROM MR CHUCKLES

Items which are IN STOCK and available for immediate purchase will be noted as such. Items which are available as PRE-ORDER items will be noted as such. Please note that pre-order items may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive (urgent orders will incur additional shipping costs).

To purchase either In Stock or Pre-Order items, please comment "SOLD" on the image and send Mr Chuckles a private message with your email address (or you can leave your email address in the comments if you wish). Where there are multiple size/colour options, please also state which item you wish to purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE based on the weight of your purchase(s). Combined postage is available. International shipping is also available (price on application).

Less than 500g $8.50
Up to 3kg $13.95

Once you have committed to buy an item and you have provided your email address an invoice detailing the total cost and how to pay will be emailed to you.

Please note that all payments must be made within 48hrs from when the invoice is sent, unless prior arrangements have been made. Should your invoice not be paid in time, or contact made with Mr Chuckles regarding reasonable delays with payment, your item(s) will be re-listed. Rest assured that Mr Chuckles aims to provide the highest level of customer service, so please do not hesitate to liaise with Mr Chuckles if there are any issues!!

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Please choose wisely as unfortunately Mr Chuckles is not able to offer refunds after orders have been placed unless goods are faulty. However, items will be carefully checked prior to posting to ensure that you're receiving goods of a high quality.

In the event that you have purchased an incorrect size etc, depending on stock availability, exchange of items may be possible but is not guaranteed. Mr Chuckles will try to be flexible and assist you wherever possible with regard to this. Any additional postage costs associated with exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer.


CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS
Mr Chuckles recommends hand washing of garments due to their delicate nature.
