Ash and Rob have brought together their experiences and passions to develop their Pilates studio and movement education hub, Movementality. Movementality, which was founded in Melbourne in 2017, is built on the solid foundations of Balance & Control, established in Richmond over 12 years ago. Movementality maintains a reputation for excellence in Pilates and Physiotherapy, while integrating functional neurology, personal training and specialist dance conditioning. Movementality is founded on the philosophy that mind & body movement education empowers people to understand their bodies, relate their movement training to their everyday lives and create sustainable change.
