Move Pilates
Is a small group Pilates class of 8 clients maximum per session. The purpose of this small group setting is to allow the instructor to focus on each clients technique and modify exercises to accommodate the individual needs of each person.
Pilates is a repertoire of body weighted exercises focusing on physical balancing of strengthening exercise's designed to elongate tone and sculpt your body, improve flexibility and enhance your bodies over-all alignment and posture, as well as enhancing mental awareness.
Move Pilates is not your traditional form of Pilates however. We focus on functional movement, while following Pilates principals of -Breathing – Concentration – Control – Centering – Flow – Postural Alignment - & Relaxation.
Move Pilates classes are a 45 minute total body workout, personally choreographed by Beth. Each program is individual and will challenge you in a different way each week.
Move Pilates classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from the absolute beginner through to Intermediate & advanced Pilates enthusiasts!
The exercises facilitated throughout the class can be regressed for beginners and progressed for the intermediate and advanced clients.
Move Pilates classes encourage you to constantly challenge yourself in a friendly and supportive environment, while having fun along the way!
