MOV.E Movement Evolved

At Movement Evolved our primary objective is to provide a physical development program designed to increase coordination, strength, flexibility, spatial awareness and balance. In order to do this we use gymnastics as the basic framework for all our programs and workshops.

You may think you know how to complete a pull up, hold a handstand, or do a muscle up, but can you perform them as effortlessly as a gymnast? Ever wondered how they make it look so easy?

We in CrossFit hold these skills as technical movements, yet as a gymnast, these are effectively what walking and running are to the average person - simple transitions to get from A to B.
