Move Exercise Therapy was created to empower individuals to take charge of their health and wellbeing in order to achieve positive and sustainable lifestyle changes. Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university trained in the prescription of exercise and physical activity programs to prevent, treat and assist individuals to manage their chronic medical condition and enhance their quality of life. Accredited Exercise Physiologists are knowledgeable in the provision of lifestyle and behavioural change support to ensure sustainable changes are maintained. Our core services include exercise physiology and lifestyle interventions to assist in the management of chronic health conditions and injury rehabilitation (pre/post-surgery, work and motor vehicle accidents).

Move Exercise Therapy are experts in the delivery of evidence based clinical exercise prescription and lifestyle modification guidance. We aim to educate and provide a safe and respectful environment in which to empower and inspire individuals to overcome obstacles as they strive to improve their health and wellbeing.
