Mother's Touch Infant Massage

Small groups, maximum of 8 babies with their parents or carers, learning the appropriate techniques for infant massage.
One on one instruction can also be provided if required.

Infant massage has many benefits including enhanced bonding with baby and improved sleeping patterns, it can also aid the discomfort of wind, colic, reflux and constipation amongst other things.

Training is provided in a safe and warm environment to allow bub to feel secure while receiving massage.
