Mothers Day Classic - Horsham, Victoria

The event is held on Mother’s Day each year and is a popular community event that donates all proceeds to breast cancer research.

Last year’s event attracted over 120,000 participants nationally and has raised over $10.8 million for breast cancer research since inception.

The Horsham Mothers Day Classic event is now in its third year and has proven to be a huge success attracting over 500 participants and raising over $6,000.00 each year for breast cancer research.

It was also recognized as the 2010 Horsham Rural Council Community Event of the Year.

The event provides an important community focus for those touched by breast cancer – many participants walk in support or memory of a loved one touched by breast cancer.

Participants come from many walks of life from individuals and families touched by breast cancer, families wanting to celebrate Mother’s Day, school and community teams to media personalities and celebrities.

The Horsham Mothers Day Classic Commitee would love to see you at Sawyer Park Horsham from 8.15am on Mothers Day to support research into breast cancer and get active at the same time.
