With a background in gymnastics and dance and i am able to pass on skills i have learnt through my training to create an experience and the opportunity for people too feel that exercise can be enjoyable and fun, lifelong, achievable and sustainable, because fitness is about being fit for life and not just for an event. Through dance and movement I can create this environment for people to realise that exercise can be fun, not just hard.
I can show how to be balanced, flexible, stable, strong, energised, passionate and excited for life because dance is something you can have forever.
