A modern, luxury split level home designed for your absolute pleasure, an escape from reality to relax with family and friends. The north east facing open plan retreat services and sleeps 8 guest in 4 bedrooms. Comprising of 2 queen beds 1 double 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Also offering 2 large living areas. The main living area with multi- channel Foxtel, the second with a PS3 games console. 2 bathrooms, hot outdoor shower. 4 covered deck offering both sun and shelter. For your cooking and socializing needs a fully appointed kitchen with European appliances and or an undercover outdoor BBQ area.
In-house cater is available on request using seasonal produces from the garden, fruit trees or resident chooks. We can also do a pantry shop before you arrive so you have less to do and more time to relax.
Cool down after spending the day at one of the beautiful beaches or lakes the Pacific Palms region has to offer surrounded in the private lush gardens. Let the kids run wild on the fully visible lawn from the decks of the house. Ideal for a game of volleyball and for the little ones a swing set. Be assured there is plenty of room to find some alone time too.
The main living area opens out onto a large deck that offers both insulated covered and open outdoor area. A purpose built undercover BBQ will meet your outdoor cooking and eating desires throughout the year. Doze on the outdoor furniture or just gaze out into the bush. You might be surprised at the beautiful wildlife- cheeky possums and shy wallabies, whistling kites, parrots, scarlet kingfishers and black cockatoos. Early mornings and evenings are the best time to catch the local wallabies nibbling on the lawns.
For our winter guests, make the most of Pacific Palms mild winter. Spend the clear crisp days outdoors and relax by the combustion wood fire heat in the evenings. Relaxing by the fire makes even the odd dull day a pleasure. Split fire wood supplied makes this even easier to experience. For the not so chilly nights light up the outdoor chiminea and spend some time admiring the stars.
Easy level access to the property with a round-about driveway, amply easy parking for cars, boats and trailers. A large concreted carport accommodates 2 large vehicles, or use the area to play table tennis, darts or handball. An onsite caretaker who maintains the gardens and fruit trees will be there to greet you and answer any questions. Enjoy the seasonal produce from the gardens and resident chooks.
This retreat is in a superior private location. Blueys and Boomerang beaches are a quick 4kms with its restaurants, pizza bar, café, gift shop, chemist, bottle shop, recreation club, petrol & service station, post office and surf club offering a patrolled beach. Equal distance are the shops at Smiths Lake where there is a butchers, bakery, hair & Beauty salon, bottle shop and general store. Frothy coffee situated on the lakes edge offers light snacks and hires watercraft. Great fun for all the family. The lake reserve offers a kids playground and electric BBQs too. The friendly Bowling Club operates a courtesy bus, just ring and book a time that suits you. Play a game of bowls with the family, have a beer and grab a meal. If fresh seafood is what you desire, the renown Pacific Palms seafood shop is just 1Km away and they are sure to be able to temp you. Yes we are pet friendly but only outside on the undercover decks.
