Mollydooker Wines

This is a story that has its beginnings dating back to when Sarah met Sparky whilst studying Winemaking in South Australia in 1987. The two students quickly discovered that they shared the same values of integrity and a commitment to excellence.

After graduating, they started out making wine with Sarah's parents, Jim and Helen Watts, at Fox Creek in 1994. This marked the beginning of what was destined to become a huge success and over the next few decades, the pair dedicated their craft to focus on Vine Canopy Management and Winemaking to ensure premium quality wines.

Mollydooker’s motto has always been ‘We make wines that make people go WOW, through attention to detail and commitment to excellence!’ This was particularly evident when Mollydooker launched their very first vintage in 2006 and was met with instant success, with 3 of their lefty wines scoring in the Top 5 Best Value Red Wines in the World. Over the next few years, Mollydooker would go on to produce world-class wines that have been recognised in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 eight times.
