I think the first thing I was ever really afraid of was losing my memory, (which I'll admit is an odd fear for a young teen) and forgetting my friends and all the amazing times we'd shared together. That's when photography became important to me. Too many moments go by that are forgotten about weeks, months, years later. Firsts are called firsts for a reason, some moments are just too special not to capture and immortalise.
