From humble beginnings in a home office in early 2009 to the areas greatest exposed ‘high street’ location in 2012, Mode Property's expediential growth has been driven by our simple dictum ‘our effort is what defines us’. In the day to day operations of our business this can translate to simply arriving early to an inspection to ensure curtains and blinds are open and lights are on; through to in-depth condition reports on a rental properties. Whatever we do, we endeavour to set the industry standard in everything we do.

Most people are surprised to hear that Mode Property is not a franchise office. We may look and ‘feel’ like a much larger franchise member but have invested considerably to be a true independent allowing us the freedom to adjust our brand positioning and the way we promote our clients properties to suit any market place.
