Jennie is a ChiBall (Holistic Mind/Body/Spirit) Certified Teacher and holds local classes at Moana & Seaford. ChiBall is a Holistic Mind/Body/Spirit Exercise Programme that harmonises the body, balances the mind and calms the spirit. Chiball incorporates the theories of Colour Therapy, Aromatherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine using a mix of the exercise movements of Tai-Chi/Qi-Gong, Chiball Dance and Yoga, Pilates, Chiball Release and Relaxation/Meditation. Jennie is also qualified in NeuroKinetics & Ostealign Skeletal Alignment (non-manipulative), 5 Element Acupressure, Japanese Anma Massage, Qi-ssage and Relaxation Massage. She offers a comprehensive service in her Clinic at Moana of Skeletal Re-Alignment, Acupressure Treatments and Therapeutic Massage. Conditions that can be treated are Back Pain, Accident Trauma, Arthritis, Sporting Injuries, Whiplash, Migraine Headache, Joint Pain, Rheumatism, Sciatica, Lumbago, Disc Injuries, Fibrositis, Sacroiliitis, Sporting Injuries and Neuralgia. Other conditions which can be helped are Sinus & Jaw Problems, Stress, Tension, Anxiety, Constipation, Digestive Problems, Colds & Flu, PMS and Emotional Imbalances.

Skeletal Alignment and Acupressure treatments release muscular tension and promote circulation of blood and Qi or Chi (Vital Energy), assisting the natural self-curative ability of the body.

Jennie’s unique style of Therapeutic Massage is a combination of Anma, Qi-Gong & Relaxation Massage techniques and incorporates key Acupressure energy points. It is excellent for sporting, skeletal and relaxation applications. It invigorates the body’s Meridian Channels and Chi Energy points are activated and energised, facilitating the flow of Chi and boosting the immune system, promoting self-healing.

Refer to the current Menu Board for the variety of treatments available – from $5 for 5 minute Acupressure Releases or Therapeutic Massage to 75 minute combination Skeletal Alignment/Acupressure Sessions at $75 and a number of other treatment combinations in between – all based on $1 per minute charge. Most treatments include Far Infrared Heat Therapy, Sound Therapy, Colour Therapy and Aromatherapy.

ChiPlayShops, Chi FunShops, ChiMoves and ChiMeditation groups including positivity/self-esteem/passions and fun exercise will be held regularly. Jennie’s passion is to hold these especially for hearing impaired children but they are suitable for everyone and all age-groups too.
