Black Mamba MMA has just moved to Shelly Beach on the Sunshine Coast and Yowoggera Park in Brisbane, from Canberra.

I’m Josh Lagudah - head coach of Black Mamba MMA. Black Mamba MMA offers personal and group Mixed Martial Arts training. For females, males and children of all ages, fitness levels and skill levels who are looking for a different and new way to get fit and learn mixed martial arts for self defence or competition.

I am a former professional MMA fighter and I am completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Australian National University. I train in Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai (Kickboxing) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have fought in both MMA (popularised by the UFC) and Muay Thai.

The training will be tailored to your goals and fitness level. You can choose any or all of the following disciplines to train/learn: Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling and Black Mamba Fit™ (a fitness only circuit).

You will find yourself completing new exercises that elite professional fighters use in preparation for some of the most physically demanding combat sports on the planet.

Lose excess weight, build lean muscle and improve your overall fitness level, whilst learning Mixed Martial Arts.

Training sessions are conducted at Yowoggera Park in Brisbane and Shelly Beach in Caloundra mobile training is also available in your home.

I will be your coach and training partner throughout each session.
