I have a passion for health & fitness. After having my son in 2011 and put on 20+ kilos. In 2012 i started my weight loss journey and lost over 26 kilos and haven't looked back. I have kept a healthy lifestyle since and love to train and fuel my body everyday with the right nutrition.I have had help along the way with a couple of amazing personal trainers whom have inspired me.
I have now decided to study fitness with Fit college. I chose to study with this institute as i found they have met my needs with flexibility,affordable and most importantly the success wit their students.Hoping to start my journey on becoming a personal trainer and help others through their fitness journey.
For now will just be posting anything fitness and photos of my journey and also my husbands journey who is my biggest inspiration.
