I am a Personal Trainer.

I attained my Certificate 3 & 4 Qualifications in Fitness at WSI TAFE. I have recently completed Levels 1 & 2 in Kettlebell Training.

I work out of Fit n' Fast, Liverpool located on 18/2 Orange Grove Road, Liverpool.
I am also about to start up training clients outdoors in the Penrith Area.

I specialise in Sports Training, weight loss and toning.
