Minifie Park Early Childhood Centre

Minifie Park Early Childhood Centre is an eighty place early childhood education and care service that provides long day care for children aged from age three months to school age, as well as an integrated four-year old Kindergarten program.
Recently renovated, Minifie Park ECC boasts five generously sized children’s indoor playrooms as well as two vast natural outdoor playscapes.
Set on the vista of the Minifie Park in Balwyn, Minifie Park Early Childhood Centre is not for profit and community managed.
Whilst independently governed, Minifie Park ECC is supported by the City of Boroondara in order to provide the highest quality care and education to children and families within the local community.
The environments established within Minifie Park ECC aim to inspire children’s sense of awe and wonder using a mixture of new, used and natural materials to create inviting playscapes that promote purposeful and meaningful play. We recognise the importance that nature and the outdoor environment plays within children’s learning and understanding of the world around them and as a result we will endeavour to create as many opportunities as possible for children to engage in the outdoor environment, in and around Minifie Park and in the wider community.
