After battling some serious health challenges herself; she has proven that through a well balanced diet and regular exercise that you can improve your health dramatically; giving yourself more energy, more motivation and an improved quality of life with less pain and less stress. She now wants to share this knowledge to empower you in order to get you closer to your personal goals of better health and improved fitness.

With a strong background in martial arts, strength training, endurance and nutrition, you can be sure to receive a totally diverse and personalised session whilst learning the importance of a well balanced diet from one of the most dedicated and compassionate PTs around.
