Manitoba Mini Homes will have our 2015 show model ready for viewing early October 2015. We are now taking pre-orders, providing estimates and answering all questions related to living "tiny". MB Mini homes are all built to withstand cold weather with a R38 insulation value. We have lived in our camper twice . In Manitoba we could not make it past the end of October ! All Manitoba Mini Homes will be built to live in year round in our climate. All our homes will be inspected by the fire commissioner and meet CSA Standards. They will be insured with MPI as a camper/cabin. MB Mini homes start at $35,000.00 and as they are all custom made, your price will depend on the options and model you choose. All models come with all the comforts of home (toilet, shower, fridge, stove, custom built couch, washer , dryer) The trailers are built in Manitoba , and we can order any size trailer you need . They come with a 3 year warranty and are on two 5200lb axles. The GVW on a finished 20 foot mini home is 9,800 lbs . We can also build you a mini home on a foundation .
