Yoga Yeppoon with Charlotte

Charlotte has been involved with health & well being since age 15. Having grown up with a family focused on health, love and creativity, it seemed a natural progression for her to become interested in the art of yoga at an early age. Yoga has been in & out of her life at various times. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Vanessa Rudge & Michael Daly from Being Yoga, Sunshine Coast. Being Yoga is the embodiment of Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic yet effortless style of yoga embracing the synchronicity between the body, mind & breath. Charlotte has spent the last 15 years studying the art of mindfulness & meditation through Buddhist studies and workshops with many people, including Jon Kabat- Zinn & Saki Santorelli. She is a practicing Psychologist with a passion for healing others and encouraging you to find your own authenticity and flow in life.
