With over 16 years as a massage therapist and even longer as a Reiki practitioner; the love for what I do is still as strong today as when I started.
The journey of massage has introduced me to many other modalities such as Lomi Lomi, Esalen, Shamanic, Chakra balancing, Crystal healing and Sound therapy.

Every treatment is unique to your specific needs and with total integrity and intent.
Essential oil and medicinal oils, hot stones and warm oil can also be incorporated into your massage session at no extra or hidden costs.

As your qualified Life and mBIT coach, I am also here to guide or assist you in your life's journey or transformation. This is a totally judgement free zone and with no religious agenda, only pure integrity, trust and compassion.
