I truly believe that every birth can be a positive experience for all women and their partners. Most often we hear about the difficulty and pain involved in labour and birth, which creates fear. Hypnobirthing can teach you techniques to ensure that your birth is a loving and memorable experience.
As a Nurse and a Midwife, I have seen just how amazing birth can be, nothing to be scared of at all.
After having an amazing hypnobirth myself, I knew I had to share this amazing way of birthing. Any birth, no matter what choices the mother and her partner choose can be positive and empowering.
My passion is to work with mothers and their birth partners to ensure that they are informed, flexible, confident and prepared when it comes time to birth, no matter what path their birthing takes.
