All of the milon equipment is operated with a smart card. The individual training data and the equipment settings are saved on the card, e.g. seat position, movement amplitudes, resistance and pulse rate.

As soon as the smart card is inserted into the reader, the equipment automatically switches to the proper settings.

Electronic resistance control

Electric motors generate the training resistance in milon equipment. Weight stacks are relegated to the past. Another advantage of this technology is that resistance can be precisely adjusted in 1kg increments.

Resistance levels for concentric and eccentric movements can be set separately. Consequently, there is optimum load on the muscles during every phase, so strength is built up faster. This ensures up to 30 % greater effectiveness of the exercise.

The progress of the training session is also recorded, so you can always see your progress.
