Micka Scene & Pacha Mamma

Pacha Mamma is the work of soulful frontman Micka Scene collaborating with some of the most talented artists out of Australia.
Together they have created something that is not only proving popular in Australia but also successfully in Canada and France with their Rock,Soul,Reggae mix. Their music has been played on radio in 28 Countries and performed at many large and small Australian festivals and headlining their first international festival in 2013 in Winnipeg, Canada.
Micka has crafted music and a passion that has resonated with all walks, he seems to have created the perfect mix of energetic grooves, catchy song writing and an unmistakeable voice. In the early days Micka travelled and played small solo shows, he was 1 of the pioneers of the Kick/snare Cajon drum combination(before it became popular).

In 2011 they released their 1st EP ‘Woman’ recorded with Anthony Lycenko, with Nick Lemits on Bass(Marshall &Fro) and Olly Pescia on Drums(Dallas Frasca). “Woman” was played at all the Quicksilver Pro surf events around the world that year including New York and France.
2012 saw the band change line up with now current players Luke Ferguson on Bass, Shay Henderson on drums, Jamie Pattugalan on percussion and Liam Dorney on Trumpet(French Butler Called Smith).
That same year releasing their debut album ‘Piece Together Peace’ with Aria Award Winning producer Steve James and Grammy Award winning engineer Don Murnaghan with Grant Gerathy on drums(Now with John Butler Trio)
The album was described as ‘super eclectic’ with no 2 songs being the same feel and getting major radio play in BC, Canada. Soon following the band started receiving record label contracts from New York and France but staying true to their independence the band Declined the contracts.
Pacha Mamma’s live shows are impossible to walk past and together have graced the stage with many amazing artists including Nicky Bomba’s Allstars no doubt Pacha Mamma contains ingredients everyone will find tasty.
