Michael Basham – Property Associate
I have recently started working in the Real Estate Industry after completing my Certificate of Registration at TAFE. I have worked in direct sales and marketing for the last 5 years where I represented multinational organisations. Through this I have learnt to go above and beyond for my client’s expectations through outstanding customer service and achieving the targets given to me in the shortest time possible.

The reason I have decided to start in Real Estate is because I strongly believe I can transfer those characteristics into this industry to advance my skills and experience as well as help as many people as I can doing so. Whether it is a first home buyer, investor looking to increase their portfolio or offer my assistance in selling your home.

In my spare time I love to be in the water as much as I can I am a passionate free-diver and love my sports. I am also a strong runner being a part of Newcastle’s five30 runners club in which I have been able to meet some amazing people.

I am always up for a chat about anything in relation to property, sports or some local history.
