Micale Cabinets was established in 1996 by Jason Micale. Originally a one person operation, Micale Cabinets has now expanded to employing up to twenty staff members. Expansion has occurred through an outstanding work ethic, a commitment to delivering on customer requirements, continued investment in advanced technology with computerised systems and investment in thorough staff training.

Micale Cabinets operate from their own premises at 1 Station Street, Innisfail. These premises have seen a number of expansions to cater for the ever increasing output. Brand new offices are the latest addition to the premises with a state of the art customer showroom currently being designed.

The company has a continual manufacturing improvement program in place. All production equipment has advanced technology for achieving the highest accuracy and quality. This program also includes training for manufacturing staff in best practice methods of operation.

Recent investment has occurred for computerised design and manufacturing software from Planit as well as Manager Software for controlling all commercial aspects of the business.
