MFC is a unique Personal Training Centre primarily delivers distinctive internal fitness conditioning (I.e metabolic conditioning) through simple fitness exercises with effective breathing technique to achieve a well-balanced fitness and long-term well-being.
MFC is also a central hub for integrating traditional Martial Arts and Kung Fu paving way to the path beyond health and fitness but also self-defence. These include internal fighting art Taichi Chuan (Chen style)
In addition, group fitness classes are also offered to members in in complementary with PT training and these inlcude : MFC Circuit, Fitness Boxing, and Calisthenics.
