CANCELLATION CHARGES
7+ DAYS $10 per day
1 - 6 DAYS $20 per day
0 DAYS FULL FEE unless MADCAPS is contacted prior to 9am on the day of the absence due to being unwell - then half fee only will be charged.
Please Note: Public Holidays are charged for if a child is normally booked in on that day. A Day-In-Lieu may be taken in the same week of the Public Holiday only if there is room (part time bookings). Full time bookings (Monday to Friday) will be charged for the Public Holiday as a Day-In-Lieu cannot be taken.
Late pick-up charge after 5.15pm - $5.00 per minute. $8.00 per minute after the 3rd occasion.
