Welcome to my blog and podcast. Thank you for being interested in what I have to share. It is my intention to write on a regular basis to share my stories, my insights and to explore life questions that may interest you. These are things that have helped me in my own life and I hope will help you in yours. I will share some links I have found interesting, and from time to time I hope to do some interviews.

I am asking your forgiveness in advance if at any time I come across as ‘preachy’. The thought horrifies me. I guess when one openly shares insights, ideas and opinions, there is a risk. Passion runs high, language is limited and the individual interpretations through our own emotional, social and cultural ‘dictionaries’ are difficult to predict. It is my intention to uplift, challenge and encourage us all to make the world a better place – I hope I get this right.
