Men Of Armour

Currently M.O.A runs 3 boot camp session's weekly which are free and open to men and women who wish to improve their fitness and enjoy the outdoors for their own overall benefit.

Starting in 2015 M.O.A will hold a once a month small group meet where men can chat about their life styles, struggles and triumphs and find support emotional and mentally.

The basis of M.O.A comes from Ephesians 6:13 which refers to "putting on the full armour of God so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground and after you have done everything, to stand".

Everyone faces some sort of evil in their life. M.O.A exists so that when faced with evil you will be better equipped to succeed through support, encouragement, improved health and overall state of mind.

Evil can represent something different for others personally. We all face our own struggles and hardships, some of which might include: addictions, mental illness, divorce, abuse, discrimination, spiritual warfare, disabilities, poverty, loneliness, trauma, poor self image e.t.c

Whatever you battle know that there is victory through faith, through the support of mateship and doing life together in a positive lifestyle!
