The head chef and the owner of the business, Mehmet Gundem, had stepped foot into the industry 20 years ago in the Turkish city Marmaris. From there, he has signed his name to many successful businesses; one of them being the well-known, warm and family orientated Mehmet Usta Restaurant, which brings together desirable tastes from all over Turkey.
