We’re one of the few independent butchers left in Brisbane. Our customers choose us as quality meat and customer service are our top priorities.

Our steaks are second to none. We have a reputation for our great Angus steaks and provide Certified Black Angus Beef in grain-finish or pure grass-fed options. We also dry-age our meats, in-house.

We specialise in modern butchering as well as keeping traditional butchery alive. I employ several ex-chefs and as a result, we get many dedicated home cooks from all over Brisbane, searching us out to track down those lesser-known cuts of meat. All of my butchers love to cook and more importantly, love to EAT!

We’ve been called the ‘candy store’ of butcher shops due to our eye-catching displays and selection of ready-made options for busy people. Meat at Billy’s is more than just a butcher shop. We have a great deli section where you can find anything from marinades, sauces and vinegars to couscous, preserved lemons, chipotle peppers, Maleny cream and Australian cultured butter.
