Both have grown up in the Colac area and have been involved with the community on many levels, from sponsorship through to offering their assistance to organisations that need it and all free of charge.

Damien and Peter are both well-known in the community for their attention to detail which led to them being awarded the Best Trade Service award in the Colac and District Business Awards.

Furthermore, because they strive to be better than everyone else, their apprentices follow suit and have been awarded the Master Builder's Association Apprentice of the Year on numerous occasions.
