WHAT IS REMEDIAL THERAPY?

Many people understand that Remedial therapy means deep tissue or firm massage. Although that deep tissue or firm massage are used sometimes with some of the remedial treatment, it is totally different from being classified as deep tissue or firm massage. Remedial therapy means assessing and treating muscles and joints dysfunction. Remedial treatment techniques are varied and used in different scenarios depending on the case treated. Some of the techniques used within the scope of the Remedial therapy are Muscle energy technique “kind of stretching techniques passively done by the therapist”, Myofascial Technique “kind of supporting the top layers of the muscles to move in its natural direction”, mobilisation techniques and also of course including the normal massage techniques that could be either soft or deep tissue massage.

I am a qualified, passionate and experienced Remedial Therapist, providing a guaranteed quality service. My mission is to provide my clients with a Therapeutic Treatment to improve their muscular and joints condition combined with a relaxing way. To not only make you feel better but to get better with your condition.
