MBC Employment Services

Established in 1991, MBC is a locally owned and operated foundation member of the Australian Federal Governments Job Services Australia. Since this time MBC has been empowering individuals to meet their personal and professional goals. We work in collaboration with whole of government, industry, employers, profit and not for profit sector and training organisations to deliver innovative, cost effective and sustainable employment solutions to both our job seekers and employers. We succeed in providing flexible and innovative support to ensure job seekers have the necessary skills to meet local industry and business needs.

With six full service sites and 3 outreach sites across the Illawarra and Southern Ranges MBC has been recognised year after year as being the leader in the delivery of Government funded employment services by being awarded the coveted five star provider rating by the Australian Federal Government. The Star Ratings are based on the performance during an employment milestone with the most important criterion for gaining a high star rating being based on the number of job seekers placed into jobs.
