Everyone knows we work a little harder when we are in the company of our peers. This is why we love group classes. Our group classes are just big enough that you will challenge yourself extra hard, be the best in the class, but small enough that our trainers can give you individualized attention to help you get there. You’ll never feel lost in the crowd. Our group classes are like little communities. Everyone pushes each other to reach their fitness goals together.

Certified personal trainers, who are the best at their specialities, teach all of our small group classes. No randomness here.
