Mayhem Tattoo Beenleigh QLD is a privately owned & run tattoo studio based in Logan, QLD.

I offer high-quality, custom tattooing at very reasonable prices.

My tattoo studio is a clean, professional & friendly studio offering high standards in hygiene & customer relations.

I hold a current certified health & safety certificate and only use disposable supplies. Nothing is ever used twice. All supplied & utensils are opened with the client present and are disposed of after use, in accordance with health & safety practices.

My opening hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 8am to 5pm
Friday & Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday – Closed
We will work late to finish a piece, or open for large jobs.

My current hourly rate is $90 p/hour. This applies to larger, custom pieces only. All other tattoos are quoted appropriately to the piece.

When discussing your new tattoo, I will require the following information:

• Size of tattoo in cms
• Which side of your body – i.e. left or right
• Black & Grey or Colour
• Pictures or ideas of the tattoo you are after
• When you would like your tattoo

Mayhem Tattoo will draw up your design* within 1-2 weeks & send this to you by either email or text.

Tattoo bookings require a $100 deposit. This can be made at the time of our chat session or when you book your time & day. This deposit comes off of the total cost of your tattoo.

*Drawing fees do apply

Due to the volume of drawings having to be drawn more than once with no guarantee of a booking, we charge small drawings at $20 each and large drawings at $50 each to cover time costs

Cancellations & No Show Policy:

Late Arrivals make it Difficult for Everyone.

We do understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly; however, late arrivals affect the service that we are able to provide you, as well as our other clients. We do maintain a relatively tight schedule, and we make every attempt to begin your appointment at the time scheduled.

Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 1 weeks notice. If this request is not fulfilled, your $100 deposit will be forfeited.

Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being my concern for the quality of service we are able to provide to you, and to our other valued clients.
