Hi my name is Phil Rowlands and I have been involved in the Fitness Indsutry for 25 years now. I am a level 3 Personal Trainer with extensive knowledge in body fat reduction, strength and conditioning as well as nutrition.

Maxifit offer a combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility. The studio is private so you can go about your health and fitness journey in your own space.
