Max Matthey Reiki

The basic philosophy of Reiki is that there is a great ‘pool’ of energy all around us that everyone can draw upon, but most people are unable to do so at will. It is like having your radio not quite tuned to a station – you can kind of work out what is happening, but not as well as if you tune it properly. As a person who is attuned to Reiki, I can then be as a conduit to pass this energy through to you during a consultation. Together we can work to move energy blocks, help with emotional and stress related problems, promoting healing through relaxation. Please note that Reiki is to be used in conjunction with medical treatment and is not a replacement.
A treatment involves laying on a table or sitting in a chair fully clothed and covered in a sheet or blanket, depending on the weather. Performing a series of hand placements on the body. Beginning with the head, then moving to the shoulders. There is two placements on the stomach then the sternum then one on the knees and ill finish with the feet. these placement vary from person to person and treatment, depending on what you need for the day.
