Bienvenue (welcome)!

My name is Maud Léger.
Based in Melbourne, Australia I share my passion for Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda with the aim to empower people to embrace themselves in becoming who they truly are.

For me Yoga is a life-long integral practice that enables the potential treasured in the truth of who we are.

I believe in a continuous, holistic practice that incorporates:
- Embodied movement (Asanas)
- Meditation
- Breath (Pranayama)
- Ayurveda (ancient holistic medicine encompassing Nutrition, Mind and Lifestyle)
- Self-enquiry (Svadhyaya)

I teach group classes at Power Living Melbourne, Gertrude St Yoga, Kindred Movement, Virgin Active, Westside Yoga School and Yoke.
I am also available for private and corporate classes.
