Therapeutic massage is a soft tissue therapy which improves the functioning of the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, skeletal and nervous systems.

I often incorporate trigger point therapy, which is basically relieving knots through pressing tender pressure points that refer pain.

Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation is made 24 hours before the appointment is due, $20 will be charged to the client.

Late Policy:
Late arrivals still require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. I reserve this time for you and only you and have to respect the other people scheduled after your time. Of course if a client is not scheduled after you I will continue with the full allotted time.
